I'd be willing to bet that when the game actually releases the graphics wont look nearly that good

whats the big deal? it's not like if the movies are free, netflix on live will be a better deal and no download required, on live you can stream them.

Resident evil 5 looks better than MGS4 IMO. If the 360 can do RE5 it can do MGS4

Well MGS 2 was done for the original xbox so don't be surprised if it happens.
Also MGS4 has only sold 2 million copies on ps3, if they modified and added new content to the game maybe they can sell 2 million more on the 360.

I'm sure that both MS and sony will add more hardrive space as the generation progresses and hardware production costs lower.

If it wasn't for MS there would be no ps3 or psn because sony was making loads off of the ps2 as it was.

just think about this. Who would want bluray when you can simply watch a netflix movie streaming directly into xbox live and at no extra cost besides the initial $50 a year.
They can keep on buying exclusives forever: a game costs about 20 million dollars to make and microsoft makes about 200 million a year only from live subscriptions. Do the math.
It makes me think that MS is holding back some announcements until after the nintendo and sony comferences to steal any thunder they may have.

I'll tell you why the 360 does'nt need that many first party exclusives. It's because Microsoft is making a profit from the 360 hardware and live (even if live is not free it's well worth it since it's the best online gaming network out there).
Also, developers are not stupid, they know that games on the 360 have higher sales numbers than one the ps3.
It's not fanboysim, it's just reality.
One of the only things that would trump this news is if sony announces that the ps3 price will be lowered.
Only when the two versions of the game come out can we decide which one looks better, I wouldn't be surprised if the 360 version ended up on top.
